this last weekend lisa and i ventured north to vancouver for a few days of relaxing and shopping. it rained every day and was breathtaking. autumn leaves littered the streets, their green counterparts still poised stoically in the trees against the grey skies.

we ventured from downtown, to yaletown, to granville across a rather wet and windy bridge (my idea entirely, of course). we ate fabulous meals (thank you black frog and chill winston), stocked up on winter hats, made a quick museum stop and caught up on a lot of much needed sleep.

on our last full day in the city we ventured to the vancouver science center which was more fun then two geeks like us could handle. we were giddy as could be - likely having more fun then 70% of the kids there.

something about that town still makes my heart skip a beat. i absolutely love it.

Oh, I am so envious of your weather. I wish it could be raining like that here... it just finally got into the low 70s! After weeks of 100 degree weather... ;/
